We require all new patients to complete a New Patient Registration Form and contact reception at 07 3422 1977 to book your initial appointment.
Drugs of Dependence
For your safety, our doctors will not prescribe Schedule 8, drugs or drugs of dependence at a new patient’s first appointment, nor will they prescribe these medications in the future unless your complete medical history has been transferred from your previous general practitioner.
